Why Is My DYMO Printing Blank Labels?

Blank output usually calls for a media-and-loading check before a shopping trip.

1. Confirm the roll is direct-thermal media intended for the printer.
2. Check that the printable side is oriented correctly.
3. Reload the roll so it feeds cleanly.
4. Check the printer and software for errors.
5. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning/troubleshooting procedure if the issue continues.

For 550-series machines, also remember that non-authentic labels may not be recognized.
